New level of fitness

So, I've really started to improve my fitness this year.  I've taken to cycling and am enjoying it very much.

I recently rode in Joe's Ride and Stride (a 45k ride) where I did really well, in my opinion.  Since July of last year, I've lost about 75 pounds and am feeling really good.

In Joe's Ride, I finished in 1 hour, 52 minutes.  To date, it was my best time for that distance.

Not sure how much I'm going to post here, but we'll see.
